"The staff was sweet and attentive, The pedicure was very nice and I would get again, however it's kinda overpriced here in my opinion as well as they kept trying to tack on prices for my acrylic that was very far from their flat rate and even though they knew what I wanted, they didn't tell me until literal last minute when they were gonna do my designs that it was gonna be 100 (over the phone they said 45-50) just for my hands even though there was powder and glue stuck to every finger not to mention the shape and ombre need improvement. All together it was a nice place and they seemed nice but be careful with who you go to, the last lady who helped me seemed like she did a great job and make sure you know the price before you get stuck paying something you didn't plan!"

"Absolutely amazing! I took a dear family friend whose in a wheelchair and has Parkinson’s they were sooo accommodating and helpful. We were able to transfer her to pedicure chair for full experience. She was getting a little at the end and they even rubbed her back to help her feel comfortable. Highly recommended and will always use this location when in town"

"This was my first time here and my pedicure was great which is why I gave two stars but my manicure was the worst I have ever had I asked for acrylic, almond French tip and it. The acrylic is so bumpy. The French tip paint is so sloppy it’s not even connected at the edges, my left hand is a totally different shape than the nails on my right hand. I just wasn’t expecting such bad service, and I am normally not want to complain, but I was just super unhappy."

"My first time going to this nail and spa. Walked in they were busy but with no problem took me and my daughter for full set and refill and eye brow wax. I'm very amazed with customer service from everyone specially Lee and front desk guy. I'm very picky and Lee did amazing job on my and my daughters nails. So many designs to choose from. Salon looks nice and clean. Definitely highly recommended to make appointment."

"The first couple of times I went to Vicky’s nails I was very happy with the results. However, the third time I went in, was a disaster. I had to get in because my acrylic was lifting and my real nail under it broke and I was in pain. I went in and told them that the nail hurt because it broke. They used the machine on it anyway and it hurt so badly that I jumped. They then tried to pry the nail off with clippers which chipped part of my nail off down to the skin and destroyed it. I kept asking the tech to stop using the machine and to please just soak it in acetone for the nail that hurt. After the acrylics had soaked in acetone for a while they continued to use the machine on my bare nail and filed it so thin that now it’s down to the skin. I also got a pedicure and as you can see it is sloppy. I was assured the powder would come off much easier and be better than gel. Had I gone back to Vicky’s I am sure they would have used the machine again on my already super thin nail and I would have had to walk out, which is what I should have done in the first place. I will not be returning to this salon. I found someone who actually knows what she is doing and doesn’t use the machine to take the easy way out on the bare nail. My new tech had a very difficult time getting the powder off and I was very mislead about how easily it would come off. This place will use the machine drill on your bare nail even if you ask them not to."
