"I made my appointment with Andy. Andy broke my real nail while pulling off acrylics that he never bothered soaking. Once he pulled off the acrylics, he got up and some woman I've never seen before sat down and started working on my nails. Instead of applying a thin layer of acrylic to repair the nail Andy broke, she immediately filed it all the way down, defeating the purpose of growing out my nails. She didn't buff my nails good enough either. The acrylic broke off my index finger the other day, so i filed and buffed that one myself (which looks 100x better than what was done to me... a service that I paid for). She asked if I wanted her to polish them and initially I said no, I wanted clear. But then I saw how disgusting my nails looked and said they looked so bad I would need to add polish. She totally ignored me. At first I thought she was putting the base coat on until I saw she turned on the fan and got up and walked away never to return. This was the worst service I've ever had, but was too embarrassed not to leave a tip. I will not be returning."

He was very honest about what he can do to make it look as close as the picture as possible. this is the first nail salon I have been to where i didn’t experience a burning feeling when the acrylic powder is added. i seriously am in LOVE with my nails. the prices are very reasonable! check them out!!!"
