"Chris was excellent to work with! Previous company apparently did a terrible job replacing my window, leaving gaps in the glue and almost ruining my rain sensor a couple years ago and Chris explained everything, was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the sensor. Replacement was quick and service was excellent! I would highly recommend this company."
"I was told upon arrival that the replacement needed about 2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours (with no communication), I opened the door to the work area and saw that only my car was being serviced. I was told there were "problems" with the attempt to recalibrate the new windshield with the cameras, etc. and that it could be do to "an uneven garage floor" or a "lighting" problem in the bay itself. 15 minutes later I checked again and the agent was on the phone to "tech services". He told me they didn't know the source of the problem but they could try again by re-positioning the car, or I could come back at a later date. I left and went to the Toyota dealer about 1 mile away where they completed recalibration. But, while there, my service person called Desert Auto Glass and was told that I had been told they were only "10 minutes away from completion". Not true. If so, why would I leave and take another 30-40 minutes, not even sure that Toyota could take me on short notice, not to mention the issue of payment. Very, very unfortunate episode and I do not recommend them. JM"
