"Joseph was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had such an efficient car buying experience before in my life. My deal was already made before I even walked through the door. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line. While Signing, Traci kept us entertained with lively conversation explaining all of the financial product options. At no time did I feel pressured, making my experience hassle-free. Tucson Subaru was even able to get us a better interest rate than offered by our own bank."
"In this times it is often difficult to find good customer service, but the service department at Tucson Subaru goes above and beyond good service. Our service rep, Dan Ford went way out of his way to make everything just right for us. All of the service staff did an excellent job expediting the order of parts, providing us with a great loaner car and super mechanical work. Thank all of you so much for taking such good care of us and our 2019 Subaru Sport. The Johnsons of Colorado"
"I scheduled an appointment over the phone, oil change, tire rotation and a thorough check out because I live 5 hours away in Mexico, drive in rough conditions and I think it may need additional servicing. I was told the vehicle would be completely checked out. And my appointment should take an hour and a half. This morning the quick lube tech said they just do a visual inspection. Which is nothing. And for an actual tech to do a diagnostic they would need it until 5 pm! 8 hours to drive it a put the computer on it? The manager was no help. I spent 16 years at dealerships...Honda, Nissan, Toyota. I would never tell a customer I cant make an accommodation. There is always a way to figure out a way to take care of a customer. My family has bought 3 Subarus here. I even have a maintenance package on this one. But we won't be back. They may have a 4.5 but take a look at more of the recent reviews. They do not score a 4.5."
"From our sales person Joe to the finance department representative, Jennifer, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Tucson Subaru. Joe was not pushy at all. He let us test drive the car and let us think about it and sleep on it. The next day, he worked with us by not pushing us and let us talk about it, once we decided on the car, he worked with us to get us the best deal possible on our car while getting us everything we needed and wanted. Jennifer in the finance department was a DREAM! She explained every single detailed of our contract and answer our 1 million questions. We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. We are happy to now be part of the Tucson Subaru family."
"My wife and I were in the market for a new Subaru. We reached out to Internet sales several times before we actually got a response. The salesman was CJ. We met with him and the experience was horrible. He didn't listen to us. He seemed like he couldn't concentrate. He was all over the place and pushing buttons on the steering wheel and dash as my wife was driving. He was like a little kid and very distracting. We started to go over numbers with him because we really wanted the Crosstrek. He was rude and belittled my wife. Saying we are old and don't know how to buy a car. We walked out. He followed us out and said he was offended. I'm a sales manager for a local company, he would never work for me. My wife is a disabled veteran and served our country for 24 years. She doesn't deserve to be treated this way. We ended up buying a Crosstrek wilderness from Peoria Subaru. The 4 hour round trip wasn't easy for her, but it was worth the trip. Their customer service is world class. They were very happy to have our business. They know how to treat customers. Here's a picture of her new car."
