"After today, I am NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE, you lost all my business. My motorcycle is having trouble starting and staying on, and I was lucky to have made it there (as I was far away and able to start it). I came in and I talked to this old grey-bearded dude at the counter, and told him that my motorcycle is "having trouble starting." He literally just stared at me like "well, what do you want me to do about it?!" What.A.JERK. I looked at him after like ten seconds of uncomfortable silence and said "well, can you work on it?" He replied, "I don't know, we're pretty slammed." ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. What do you think, I'm in there for ice cream? How about properly helping me?
