"the WORST experience ive ever had & ive been going since 2019. ive never had a problem until today. i booked an appointment for a pedicure & made sure the front desk booked me with someone who KNOWS how to do french CORRECTLY. I usually book with certain girls, but they were all busy. I have a special occasion coming up, which is why I went ahead & booked. After filing my toes & cleaning them up, a newer lady begins to do the french. She is obviously having a hard time as i see her having to keep repeating one toe several times. I went ahead and told her that I would just like all white instead. She insist that she finishes my french so she can “finish her job”. After she said that, she said that she would have someone else come and do it. I talked to the owner and pointed out that I was unhappy with my toes, and I wanted all white instead. She communicates with the lady doing my toes to do white instead. After the owner walks away, the lady begins to aggressively removed the polish with a drill bit. She is grabbing my feet as she is mad at the world & every time she cured my toes with the light she was just throwing the light on my toes bumping them. While she is doing my toes, i realize that her anger is reflecting on them as the polish is now all uneven and thick. I mentioned I wanted one of the toes fixed as the polish was thick and bubbly. The lady got mad again and said “you just let me finish my job and someone else will help you.” The owner comes back over and says “Now what is the problem”, as if i am the inconvenience and not her employers work. I explained to her that the white polish is thick on certain toes, and I just want it fixed. The owner, then motions the lady away and begins to fix my toes. She continues to say “ if you wanted your toes, a certain way you should have requested somebody as it seems nobody can make you happy.” I told her that I usually do but everyone was booked and that I’ve never had a problem with anyone doing my toes. She was making it seem as if I have complained numerous of times before this service, which I never have, and if i did I would've done the most logic thing and went to another salon. She fixes my toes and then says “All done.” I mentioned that I never got hot stones or my legs massaged with lotion as that is what my service included. She points to the lady that previously was doing my toes and said “she is busy with another client”, mind you that client was a walk-in pedicure. The owner said she would give me a $5 discount.. FIVE DOLLARS?! You’re kidding me, right? She then sees my frustration and goes “okay well it’s usually five dollar discount but I’ll give you an eight dollar discount” As a frequent client that comes in, comes in to the point where majority of the ladies know me, I was expecting the owner to be more reasonable and more polite. However, she was not. I was so mad I just left a three dollar tip, which i shouldnt have as it was the WORST experience ever. I came in wanting a nice relaxing pedicure, and left with the style i did not want & no relaxing pedicure. Just painful filing & buffing. ive always been a loyal customer who comes in about every 2-3 weeks for nails, & i also have my family come in as well. We will now be going to another salon."
