"Will never recommend going to LK Nails & Spa. And will NEVER go back! I call ahead on a Friday and made an appointment at 11:30 am on Saturday (the next day) for a fill French tip. I told them I needed to leave by 1 pm and they said that was no problem. I get there a few minutes early for the appointment and sat there until 12:20 while others that were walk ins got pulled before. Then because I needed to leave by 1 they rushed through the entire process and my nails have truly never looked so horrible. And when I told the mail tech that’s I didn’t like my nails he said, well that’s a French tip. He cut my multiple times, my white tips aren’t tips, it’s more so half white half pink finger nails, and they are slopping! The lines weren’t even & the acrylic powder does not line up with my nail, it either is not covering my nail or over covering to the point it’s on my skin. Personally I’m upset that I made an appointment in advance, I told them that I needed to be out by a certain time with plenty of notice. If they couldn’t fit me in, then tell me that. But to then rush because they pulled me almost an hour after my app was scheduled for it crap. Will never go here again."

"Zero stars. Today is my last time. I called after my last visit experience - my nails were horrible and my toe had a dark spot, but the girl doing my pedicure said “it’s ok and continued with the pedicure and polish. Over the weeks post this visit I have removed the polish and dealing with toe nail fungus. Expensive venture. Today I showed Lana and she ignored and took zero responsibility for the fungus. Lana also did not do a good job on my nails today… she was very distracted with customers entering for a service. This salon cares ONLY about the money. My next step is to contact the health department."

"Omg!!! I love this place. Holly did great on my nails and Kevin did great on my pedi. My 3 daughters got something done and everyone was super nice &great! Please go and check them out!!! They have great customer service.. I'm glad I found my new PLACE!! Hi Holly!"
