"Went for a deluxe pedicure, and feet were barely in the water. This guy was so focused on my nails and painting them that he failed miserably at callous removal. My feet got stuck on rug when I got home. He left sugar scrub behind my knees, and my legs were so sticky that when I left, I had to come home and take a shower. Also, I have a ton of allergies. Asked for Orange scent, he came out with lavender. That he corrected, but it wasn't until I looked down as he was putting lotion on me. The package actually said Peony and Orange. Hence, the 2nd need for the shower. I requested my nails be cut short. There are several that are very sharp and still too long. He didn't do anything to the nail on the baby toe on either foot. Complaining to the gal at checkout did absolutely nothing. She apologized but looked like a deer in headlights that I complained about the service and the fact I was in the chair so long they sent a survey to my phone and I filled it out 30 min before he was even done. I won't return, I will find another salon to fix my feet. Again, I said something as leaving, filled out a survey, and sent a message on Facebook and no replies. They don't care."

"First off, sorry if my hands don’t look the best in the pics. If you can get past them and actually look at how perfectly each nail is formed and you can appreciate the awesome quality. I got cat’s eyes done so it’s hard to show them in pictures. Moved to Surprise from Upstate NY and finally found my favorite nail salon! I went to 5 previous nail salons before I finally found the perfect salon! They believe in quality over quantity, and they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I love this place! They do amazing, quality nails and their prices are fair. From the moment you walk through their door, they give you their undivided attention and ask you what you want, even though it’s listed on your appointment, they still want to make sure that they know exactly what you want done. They double check by confirming with you verbally and then they make sure that your nail tech knows as well. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk through their door and while you are getting your nails done, every now and then the tech will have you check their work to make sure you both are on the same page. So they triple check to make sure you are happy! I have seen first hand, someone come in and they get their nails done but it’s not what they want, so they let the front desk know and they worked with the customer and fixed the nails, making sure the nails are what the customer wanted before they left. They have only been open for a short time, but I feel like I’ve known them forever bc they are so kind and caring. I also added another time that I got my nails done. They are gorgeous and I asked for pink for my granddaughter! I love these guys! They are an amazing group of people! See for yourself!"

"I was serviced by Ken, and he is absolutely wonderful! The nail salon is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The host was a young gentleman is so kind and welcoming. I got dipping completed after a botched gell manicure done from somewhere else. Not only do I love my nails, I will definitely be coming back!"
