I thought I'd have to rent a car, but they had an Uber pick me up, take me home, AND when my car was ready to pick up... do the same. "I couldn't figure out how to change the battery in my key fob. The gentleman at the service counter was fantastic in under 5 minutes he replaced the batteries in both and fixed the button on one of them. Understand people this thing has secret buttons and sequence to open them and he could probably do it with his eyes closed. He made my day. Thank you! UPDATE: 3/12/24 - decided to take my Mercedes in because it was taking two times of turning the car over to start and the AC wasn't blowing on the driver side. So far so good AC is ice cold. Colder than it's ever been. They replaced the fuel pump and so far I haven't had to start the car twice but I just got it back. But I trust that this fixed it.
