"My medical transportation driver used this company to fix her car. I personally rely on drivers, like this person who used this company, for medical transportation Monday through Saturday and with the shortage of drivers this doesn't make it any easier for people like me. I had been in her car previous to her taking it here and the condition of her car after her getting it back was shockingly unbelievable for the condition was worsened and there were things that were done to her car that were intentionally to be - for lack of a better word: a cover-up of the shottiness done to her vehicle and also a way to make things less easy to access so that her car could get properly looked at by mechanics (who actually wanted to do work regardless of it being hard because it was what they did for a living). Long story short, this seems as if she had gotten taken advantage of either because of her being a woman or desperation to getting her car fixed because this was her car that she used for her own making of a living. She paid for work that wasn't done and even though they admitted to something happening within their care, they left her with body work needing to be also done in addition to the added mechanical work and the initial work she had taken it in for. Scams all around if you are a female taking your car to this place and you are alone and do not know mechanics."
