"I went in to have my pitman arm replaced and they used a fork separator to remove it! It needs a pitman puller so you don't damage the gear box. When I left there was soooo much play in my steering and I took it for a trip inspection and right away they told me who ever replaced my pitman arm damaged my gear box cage and has to be replaced. I called the owner of the shop and he said " it doesn't matter what took we used, I think your going around town to get free work done on your truck!". Needless to say I'm having it repaired tomorrow and my dad (he is a lawyer) will be sending the invoice, complaint, and evidence to their insurer. I do not recommend this shop! The owner is rude and will talk over you and just argue.."
