"My car had been broken into and I had to get the “ick” feeling out of it. I contacted Cool Auto and Detailing on a Sunday and they returned my message Monday morning. This was the place I was going to go to. I had my 2005 Matrix detailed when I moved to AZ. In 2013. I was never introduced to the employee that did the job. Forward to this week. After meeting with the owner Cassandra for pick up, she took me to my car. I had dog hair cleaned up. She spotted this one little hair! I didn’t even see it. She took care of it.
