Then they replaced the struts and shock mounts. Even though I had them done a little over a month ago. And they say they want the customers to be happy and not have any problems with their vehicles. I own my own business. And I give a 110% no matter what. and them done 3 weeks ago."
"Customer service is inconsistent. Have maintenance for life. Need oil change but 1st available appointment is approximately 6 weeks out. At least they did give me a call back from the voice mail message l left. The female calling me was a poor example of good customer service from tone of voice and lack of communication skills. Will be getting oil change elsewhere this time. Addendum: earlier this month they had called me regarding service was due. Since I was on the road l did not answer my phone and they left me a voice mail message. Isn't that interesting?!"
