"My parents were stuck on the side of the highway because the alternator went out and we're not from the area. All I could use was a map to try to get them help. I contacted this company praying they could help them get back on the road and safely home. Jason actually found them within 5 minutes of us ending the phone call. He was very personable over the phone, he took my parents somewhere safe while the car got repaired. I was able to pay him remotely, and all of this was done within about 3 hours. He returned them back to their truck and they were safely back on the road. The whole time he kept me updated on every single thing as far as where they were taken, and how long it would take to get the repairs and everything! I wish all mechanics were like this! "Bad bad bad was drawn to this guy by reviews. Contacted him on a Wednesday to do work on Thursday was told np problem. Contacted him multiple times on Thursday to get an updated time of arrival. The last text he said he would update me on when he would arrive or give me any idea of how this whole process works. Nothing on Friday texted me miday and said he could be there NOW not much of an advance notice. I was a few miles away but he could not or would not wait even though I had waited 2 days. I texted him back to find out when he could come and ZERO reply to date no reply at all after dragging me out for 2 days into the weekend I finally had to go and buy jack,tools other needed items and fix it myself. I would not recommend this person or service or what ever automated response service this is. Had whomever or whatever had simply said they had little or no interest in the repair I could have found someone else prior to the weekend. This is the worst mechanic repair service facade that I personally have ever experienced. I would not recommend wasting your time. This is long due to the fact I want it to be accurate and I feel violated by horrid customer service and honesty. Have a blessed day to all."

"Hands down the best most trustworthy mechanic I’ve ever met. The fact that he’s mobile makes it that much better. He has helped me on multiple occasions and has explained in great detail the things he’s fixing as well as things that may possibly need attention. He’s not pushy at all like many mechanics I’ve encountered over the years. He’s very knowledgeable. 10/10 highly recommend giving him a call.
