"The selection of carpet was good. The sales assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful. The carpet was received in a timely manner and the fellows who laid it were very quick and efficient. We were pleased with our experience."

"I set up appointment for Bruce to come to my home a do an estimate for flooring. He did not show up for the appointment. As it turns out the front desk workers took my cash payment for the flooring they just completed and confirmed the next appointment. The front worker I just spoke with giggled and told me they did not have me down for another appointment. The front desk workers are unprofessional. I ignored their unprofessional behavior with other customers giggling and making unkind comments about the customers just walking out the door or they just got off the phone with. (which I am sure they laughed and gossiped about me) but I figured if the staff putting in my floor did a good job I would ignore the unprofessionalism of the front desk. Until today. I cannot put my work day on hold for such unprofessional behavior. They need training (alot). Bruce if your the owner, they cost you a customer."

"We couldn't be happier with the sales and installation services from Sunset Flooring! Since I was fussy on selecting the right vinyl or laminate flooring for our basement living room, I went at least three times to check out their extensive product line. Each time the sales person was most attentive and helpful. When I finally found the right product, the installation process and outcome was excellent. Would definitely go back in the future for any new flooring needs."

"Amazing job by Sunset flooring! They came and measured for my carpet and got me scheduled within two weeks. The Installers worked hard morning and into the night to make sure it was all done in one day. We really appreciated that! The carpet looks great, very well done. My only criticism was the communication could be improved. I first was scheduled For a certain day, but wasn’t told, so the day before when they asked if I was ready for the carpet, I was definitely not ready, But they worked with me and got it scheduled for a different day. The other thing was I kept getting calls from different people with the same questions. So perhaps if they just had a record system there to make sure all communication with each customer is consistent. Overall, I am very happy with what I got, and I am so grateful for all the hard Work that went into this!"

"Sunset flooring has the absolute best customer service and their work is second to none. We had our backsplash in the kitchen and laundry room done by them and our countertop in the laundry room. The price was very fair and they showed up when they said they would! We moved to St George in 2021 and have had our share of bad luck with contractors so we were very relieved to have finally found a good reliable one! We even loved them so much we referred my mom to have them do work for her. Thank you for being amazing!!"
