"I could not say enough good things about Creative Kitchenz. They have gone above and beyond to make our dream home come to life with custom cabinetry throughout the home. From a kitchen appliance garage to a hidden pantry door their work is top notch. Even after the job is complete they have worked with me on a few different follow up items ti ensure 100% satisfaction. Communication is easy - someone always answers the phone - and everyone I’ve interacted with from management to installers has been extremely professional. They make sure to take their shoes off and clean up after themselves every time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom cabinetry throughout Southern Utah."

"Update: Don't believe the owners comments below, they resolved very few items. Their installer butchered our cabinets, and we ended up having to work with the builder to fix the most egregious items. They have my number, but never followed through on their commitments. Again, the issues were split cabinets, warped doors, crooked drawers/doors, poor craftsmanship and excessive damage due to installation. Installers destroyed cabinets, there is absolutely no quality control over the installation, and we've been waiting over six weeks for them to fix all of the things they either broke, or messed up during the installation. They are non-responsive, even though we've shared all these pictures (and more) with them. When I asked them about the cabinets they broke during install the representative, said they don't fix things they break and all they could do is cover it up... we have over 25 base cabinets and 14 uppers... Warped shelves, uneven corner cabinets, cracked bases, split faces, poor under cabinet work, visible drawer side rails and much more is what you can expect. I am beyond disappointed with the poor quality, customer service and lack of care taken with our home."

"Worst experience I have ever had. Such dishonest company owned by Shad who doesn’t care about anything but his bottom line. Quality of installation is poor. Please don’t waste your time or money. I signed my contract February 9, lead time was 6 weeks so they started installation March 25, (and I was promised 2-5 days for install), they finished 4 months later end of July!!!!!! Installers scratched everything and never cleaned up any of their messes. They drilled holes to attach door hardware drilled and it chipped off all of the veneer so since it was white cabinets I told them they would have to order new door fronts because all the holes would show, they reassured me new door fronts were ordered I waited another 6 weeks, they texted me saying the door fronts were in, and brought them to install, only for me to find out they just took the damaged ones back to their warehouse and filled the holes with filler and re-sprayed them, so now I am stuck with door fronts that have different colors of white, the paint is chipping off, and the hardware is visibly not level. Also, I had a different company come and measure to install new countertops and they said they couldn’t because creative Kitchenz didn’t even leave a standard size opening for my stove, beau the installation manager would do nothing to help so I had to take an entire lower box off the wall myself and trim down the filler piece 1/2” so once the countertops were installed the stove would fit, well now they said since I did that my warranty is voided."

"Creative Kitchenz has been great to work with. We hired them to replace all the cabinets in our home as we remodeled and expanded. While no one is immune to challenges and delays presented by Covid, or even due to our Southern Utah building industry in general...we have experienced good communication, good value and great customer service even through the delays in the process. Shad (the CEO) has been very involved making sure the design worked for our remodel, and his team including salesman, project managers and installers (Beau, Eryn, Lukas, Brandon and others) have done a great job for us. We went into this process expecting and planning for some delays (because that's how construction goes), which helped relieve some of the stress of the process. The cabinets are great quality and beautiful. We have recommended Creative Kitchenz to friends and coworkers who are currently having a similar experience as we are. We have experienced nothing but kindness and professionalism in our interactions. Great people, working through some big industry challenges. Would recommend and work with them again."

"Our initial experience with the salesperson and design team was very positive. They were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and I was excited about the beautiful cabinets we chose for our new custom home. The installation process however was a different story! We were very disappointed with the way our cabinets were installed. The installation was sloppy, luckily we had an amazing trim crew to help correct most of the issues. We have floating shelves flanking our fireplace in our great room that were not installed correctly and are sagging. I have reached out multiple times to have this issue resolved. Upper management assured us they would come and look at the situation but nobody has. I’m sure eventually we will have to hire somebody else to come and fix them. If the follow up and installation had been better they would have earned a 5 star review."
