"What can I say more about these guys than Hometown guys with Nationwide Supply’s!! I’ve lived in St George for 20+ years as a contractor and these guys have helped me and my customers more than I can say!! When I can send customers into a supply house directly without me there , that’s saying something huge!! I have to match stucco to old jobs a lot and a quick phone call and most of the time old jobs are saved in the computer and within 30 min I’ve got my match! I consider the staff to be friends and I’ve loved working with them thru good and bad times. Please don’t hesitate to shop here with confidence!! And by the way guy up front with the sweet mustache named Pete may look grumpy at first, but under that mustache is a great smile and heart of gold!!! Thanks for the great service , keep it up!! "After a month of terrible customer service looking at brick we finally decided on a brick color and asked our contractor to call pacific supply to order it. He called and Pacific told us that it would be 3-4 weeks before it got delivered. We decided with about 2 months before the house was done to stick with our brick choice. After 6 weeks of not hearing from pacific our contractor started to call and every time they were on the other line or would “call us back with an update”. After 7 weeks we found out that our brick was in South Dakota waiting for more brick from a different order. At this point the rest of our house is done and we are paying interest on our construction loan just because we can’t close without the brick on the house. We were then told that if we paid an extra $300 it would be here within 2-3 days. We asked if we could get our $300 back if the brick didn’t get here within the week. (Estimated time was 2-3 days and we were giving them 7 days or we wanted a refund to expedite and they said NO). We decided to pay to expedite it because “it will get here a heck of a lot faster than waiting for the other order.” We called the shipping company and pacific multiple times a day that week. After a week and a half I (as the homeowner) called and got a hold of the manager who told me that no refund for expediting would be processed without the regional manager getting involved and that he was out of town until the following Monday. I said that’s great that I would expect his call. Within two hours that same day the manager had called me back to tell me he refunded our expedite fee, figured out where our brick was and called my contractor to figure out a game plan and more accurate timeline on when it would arrive. Estimated 3-4 weeks but instead took 9 weeks. This company is not good to work with. I will use anyone else including northern utah or Vegas companies before ever using Pacific Supply again."

"Trying to get a color match or even the right color is a joke. We do a lot of outdoor kitchens and the house we was doing was stuccoed with synergy we called over to pacific supply gave them the lot number and sam said he would have it ready well after we started we noticed it was a entirely different color so we went back just to be treated like it was our fault and that we would have to pay extra to get a color match I got ahold of the contractor who called pacific supply they told him a entirely different color I have been in there several times and still nothing this is the worst place for customer anything take your business to l&w at least they get you in and out and there color guy actually works and does a good job unlike pacific supply I will drive to salt lake to get what I need before I ever go back"

"I had gone to another supplier wanting stucco and they were so disgusting towards me that I never went back. After I spoke to my contractor he told me to try Pacific Supply and I am so glad he did. Everyone I talk to in the office and Sam, the stucco colorist, were so helpful. They made this process much less stressful than the other place. I will recommend to everyone. Thank you so much!"

"I’ve been in here twice and appalled by how terrible the service was. We weren’t greeted either time as we came in. The first time, we went up and asked for a little help. She acted like it was too much to get out of her chair to just hand us a brochure. The second time we were there they act like they don’t even see you. Not a hello or anything. Definitely prefer to give some place else my money. Shop elsewhere!!"
