Never once did I feel pressured to just leave with something I wasn't satisfied with. Richard made sure I was heard and he took the best care of me. 1 on 1 treatment with so much respect. Liz was also great, she made sure I left with the best shoe possible for the type of feet that I have. I would totally recommend this place to my family and friends. "We got to the store around 5:30 on a Saturday night. Judi M was absolutely amazing she was patient and very helpful. She fit me in 3 different shoes to try until I found a pair that felt great. As we rang up I noticed we were the only customers in the store not realizing they closed at 6. It was around 6:15 when we left and not once did we feel rushed or pushed to buy something I didn’t want. The team here is incredible and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great pair of shoes. Thank you Judi! I really appreciate you!"

"They were amazing! Excellent customer service and knowledgeable. They took measurements, scanned my feet, and were very patient. I got there at 6:30 and they closed at 7. I didn’t think it would take long to figure out my next shoe, but I was there til 7:20 and they didn’t say a word, didn’t rush me, and were very informative and friendly! I was extremely surprised to see their 4.9 rating before I visited, but I can easily tell why they have that rating now. I’m terrible with names but I believe Kristy and Richard helped me. They are amazing! Thank you guys!"
