"I shopped at Kohl's today and put it was the cashier. She was very helpful. Friendly and invited me to come back shopping again. But it has a cashier made it a very enjoyable experience and I definitely will come back she invited me also to open up a credit card which I will do the next time I come shopping. Thank you for providing friendly cashiers at Kohl's."
"While at the Williams road store in Gilbert I was yelled at by an elderly White woman in the dressing room with my son in the next one. We are Mexican-American. She told me we need to leave to the men's dressing room and was going to report me. Two employees watched and heard the whole thing and while they Apologized to me, and said we are doing nothing wrong, rooms are gender neutral, they failed to say anything to her. I've never been to this location and will never return. Kohls needs to provide better training for employees in handling what I call a racist situation. Had we been blonde hair and blue eyes I'm sure nothing would have been said. She should have been at minimum told something or escorted out of the store for making myself and my son feel truly uncomfortable and alienated, and quite shocked this was happening with plenty of people around witnessing it. I'd love a phone call from Kohls about this."
"The self check out is the best. I wish that the stores were I live get the same system. Of course, there are people who will prefer a real person to take care of them. Overall, it's a good service."
"I love Kohls but it is such a hit or miss on women’s clothing. Most of the time your choices are the juniors section where most shirts appear to be missing the bottom half (cool for teens, not cool for us ladies who still can fit into juniors clothes) or “mom clothes”. Rare to find something that works for 40 year old women who don’t want to dress like old ladies or embarrass their kids with crop tops. But things always seem to be on sale and the men’s clothing section seems to be decent for my husband."
"Kohls has great quality clothes for the right price. It has also nice selection of mens dress, business attire for a decent price. There's a nice selection of housewares around and toys for kids to browse. We visit often because we can return amazon products here."
