"Boxes everywhere. Not allowed to even look in the boxes. So many bins empty. Went in for yarn sale. Had planned to spend about $500.00. The worker was rude. I understand they are short staffed but driving 3 hrs to get to this store(closest) it was very frustrating. I've made about 50 aphagans since my diagnosis of kidney cancer. Sure I could order but I like to see the colors in person. Joann's is not what it used to be. SAD"

"This store is a bleeping trainwreck! They have 3 employees, and while they're semi friendly, you can tell they're over worked and underpaid. I couldn't find anything I needed and when I asked for help, no help was available as they don't have staff. The store is a wreck, there is merchandise everywhere. Another customer in the long line said she hesitated coming in because they have long lines and no staff and you can't find anything because there are isles of unboxed merchandise scattered. This store needs self checkout and more employees, stat! I encourage this store manager to set up a night shift crew to stock and clean the store. The floors look like they haven't been swept in months. The store doesn't feel or look clean. If Hobby Lobby wasn't run by bigots, I'd shop there."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered items for Christmas weeks ago via the internet as the local store had no stock of the items, stood there searching stores in AZ with the stock, placed the order… got the confirmation, since then - NOTHING, order is still pending, no updates, no effort spent to fulfill the order, they just don’t care at all. My wife told me she has placed orders in the past and now refuses, two orders were just cancelled after a month and the rest took 4-6 weeks to arrive, each items individually packaged and shipped (balls or yarn and pompoms, 24 separate envelopes with 24 separate “free” shipping) how does this store stay in business? What a joke of customer service. I dare not reach out as this is when they cancelled my wife’s orders."

"Store is pretty well stocked and staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I couldn't find one of the items I came for despite Joann's website showing it in stock. When we asked about it we were told it was removed from the shelf because it was seasonal and was possibly somewhere in the back but they would not locate it. We were advised that if we tried to order it online the store would cancel the order."

"Found a specific shade of yarn here that I’ve been looking for everywhere. I saw online they had it in stock but I didn’t see it on the shelf and I was reluctant to interrupt a conversation between employees but they were both very kind and helpful. I went to check out and the cashier was also super kind and personable. All around amazing employees, great stock on some cool items. Well worth my trip!"
