"Purchased mini fridge, while opening the box we noticed the handle was dented in 2 different spots. So we called in , spoke to the manager (I believe) on the phone , and headed over. Once I got there , the ladies at customer service were all very helpful, but the manager was AMAZING! She handled everything perfectly!!! I didn’t get her name :( and I hate it because I would’ve loved to give her some recognition! Anywho, had a pleasant experience and would definitely keep shopping here!!"

"Unlike Lowes, Home Depot has actual customer service. They were extremely busy, and yet I still managed to get some help in the garden area. I did unfortunately have to load (but was honestly asked if I needed help with the first ladder, but not the second) and had to load it in my car by myself. I'm pretty positive that if i asked for help, they would have come through. Never again will I be seen stepping foot in a Lowes again. Home Depot surpassed all my expectations as far as selection and customer service!"

"We managed to catch a first Saturday where the children come in and do preset projects with parents. There was no age limit and there was a huge turn out. Myself and the children enjoyed it we made Bean Bag Toss games for the holiday and it survived us. They get aprons to protect their clothing and a pin to put on their aprons for each project completed month after month. It starts at 9 AM and runs till noon. I say if you have little ones and need an activity on the first Saturday of each month take them in. The staff is amazing and they are very helpful and you meet great people. And you as well as the child learn new skills."
