"Raquel and Jose in the tire department were very kind and helpful. We were traveling from out of town and got a nail in our tire. They made sure that we were able to get a new tire on and safely back on the road. I know they were very busy but they helped me with a smile and made me feel welcome."

"I really like to shop at Sam's Club it is always clean. There is space for everything I buy, but I don't understand this big companies trying to save money on the labor. Why do they only want to pay one cashier? They still have to pay the other employee standing right next to the autopay register just to watch us scan all the items I'm buying. Anyways, I still prefer Sam's over Costco. I just want to have more cashiers working to help the customers."

"Great experience! I always have a good experience with this location. Most recently I had an issue with the delivery of water. I called and spoke to a manager who made sure to make it right. I am impressed and appreciative and will keep coming back to this location because I keep having good experiences."

"Let me just start off by saying that I only use Sam's club because that's what my work pays for. It's sucks. Sam's club doesn't even compare to Costco when it comes to service and how they take care of customers. Sam's has 1 or 2 lanes to checkout with cash you have to stand in line for 30 mins just to check out. Employees standing around on their cell phones chatting it up with each other while we have to stand in line is unacceptable. When you ask if they can open up a new lane they tell you they can't do it unless my manager tells me to. Be better and do better!"
