"Only reason a 1 star because no 0 star! Waited in store for 15 minutes with 3 sales people walking right by me and 2 others talking to each other 2 rows over. Was going to buy apple airbuds pro but had a few questions. Sales staf were more interested in their phones and talking to each other than helping me! Walked out of the store without a single person asking if I needed help. Needless to say they lost a $200 sale but obviously serving the customer is not a priority at the Avondale location! Will be looking else where for my purchase."

"Ordered a TV online for pick up & the customer service I received was just awful. Nobody greeted me- not even when I went to the register to pay for Other items I purchased. Then, while waiting for my TV to be brought up, I was standing by the doors waiting and overheard them talking about how weird my last name was, and just having their own conversation, not realizing that it was me They were talking about. I just Find it highly inappropriate to be making comments about somebody’s last name and to be unprofessional conversations in front of customers and then having the audacity to have bad customer service on top of it. I’d rather pay $500 more for what I bought at Walmart then deal with Best Buy again."

"Taking forever to "process" my prepaid pickup order. Went in and grabbed it myself, took it up to the checkout and cashier says no can do. Manager comes over says he doesn't even know how to process it. Had to cancel the order and get the same product on Amazon shipped to my house for free. Avoid this location black friday 2023, they're untrained and unready."

"Nice store. Clean and organized. The staff was friendly. They asked why I was taking pictures, I let them know it was for my Google guides hobby. They were professional, courteous and understanding. They also had the ink cartridge I was looking for. Good experience all around."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty good selections of merchandise and sales, depending on what you're looking for . Only downsides are going to be selections for video games, they looked pretty depleted and console accessories were commonly in the wrong location. Not a huge problem though. Still reccomend."
