"I loved this place before. I stopped going about year ago. I would stock up on jammies for my boys ,so my bill would be 150 200 dollars every time I went. I went to pay . I pulled out my card The cashier asked me if it was credit or debit. I told her debit. Then she informed me " I have to have money in the account inorder for debit to work". I had not even ran my card yet."

"I had went into Carter's today and I had a young lady name palesa help me as a single dad she pick out alot of clothes for my son's and they was glady happy for her picks then she kept checking on me and making sure I was okay offered me a shopping cart then I kept telling her no for the reward Program and finally she ask one more time I gave up and said yes cause I like your attitude she is really awesome I'm glad y'all hired her"

"The store is cleaner and better organized than most outlet stores. The employees appear to be well trained based on their attentiveness to the customers. The prices are inline with the department stores with a slightly better selection. I'm sure I'll be back."

"They have the cutest clothes for kids. They have the best selection for boys clothes. I like to stock up in between seasons for my son's next sizes or get 2-3 sizes up when they have great deals. There are always doorbusters and a great choices in the clearance area."
