"The cashier Marisela is extremely disrespectful, and her customer service is unsatisfactory. This is the second incident with Marisela she is always misinformed about offers. If you attempt to correct her or ask why she will argue with you and dismiss you as she did today by attempting to take the guest behind me in line. As I explained again to Marisela the BOGO was only available today. Marisela became frustrated and stated I needed to place an order or leave. Marisela's behavior is disgusting she needs training or removed from the front counter. Her demeanor is not friendly or welcoming. After placing the order online for pickup. While picking up the order the pick-up attendant asked for my name and released our food to us. Marisela runs from behind the counter assisting another guest to ask to see our confirmation number. I refused because the food was already placed into my possession why did she feel the need to leave from behind the counter assisting her guest to confirm my confirmation number after my name was confirmed? This infuriated me. After the terrible customer service, both of my orders were cold and nasty. The food & the customer service was completely disgusting and unsatisfactory."
"First and last time I go to this place almost two hours to get my food. I go in and order my food everything was fine until I saw the people that order after me all get there food and leave but I didn’t say anything because they were busy, until my daughters got impatient. I went up to the cashier and I asked her about my order and they didn’t even have it done. The manager there was being nice and gave me free drinks because he knew I was already pissed and told me they were going to work on my order finally I get my food and checked it before i left the place and I was missing a bowl."
"I should've looked at the previous reviews. They haven't changed much. First time eating here & the staff were extremely rude & honestly simply lazy. The supervisor refused to correct the mistake the cashier made on one of our orders. We placed 3 separate orders, total roughly $80+ as mine alone was $40+, & yet we weren't allowed to even wash our hands. Thankfully we got our food to go. We weren't greeted upon entering and the cashier didn't seem happy being there, her attitude showed on her face & how she treated us, especially my niece. I felt she discriminated us based on how we looked and dressed. We're paying customers & should be treated as such not treated as if we were in there begging for food. I was informed by another customer that the other locations service is not this horrible. She stated she don't normally come to this location either. Per the other customer, if we were at any other location, they would've easily fixed the cashiers mistake. If you want rude service, being ripped off, and average teriyaki chicken, then you have come to the right place. However, if you want some authentic teriyaki chicken that's actually marinated not just smothered in sauce, check out Pacific Island Taste, Island Flavor, Grindz 2 Da Max, Paina Cafe, really any Hawaiian BBQ restaurant will hit the right spot. After giving their teriyaki bowl a try, I'm glad I didn't try their chicken katsu, I have a feeling I would've been disappointed, more than I already was. Oh & not that big of a deal but a little side note, their cashier who messed up on one of our orders learned something new tonight, "GF" on their menu stands for 'gluten free'. I asked her what GF on their menu meant and she looked at me as if I had 7 heads."
