"Desiree, the supervisor, is always RUDE when I come to the Gilbert location off of the 202 freeway and Williams Field road. She never smiles, and I always feel like I'm bothering her when I ask questions about sizing, etc, in the clothing. I dread seeing her when I go. I've always had a great experience with the other ladies who work there. Thank you to the other ladies who work here at this location they're always pleasant to deal with."

"I often go to this location instead of the one by my house because the staff is always genuine and sincere. I work retail too, so I can tell when someone's customer service is over the top and fake. I also like the employee retention, I always see a familiar face when I walk in and I like that. The SM has been there a while and is always friendly and helpful."

"I shop here often and the manager lady is so rude all the time. She was on the floor on a customer call talking so loud and rude about an order that wasn't there. When it came time to check out, she yelled PHONE NUMBER at me because I didn't respond right away with my phone number. I was looking for my torrid cash rude lady! I gave her the 602 part so she wouldn't ask again. I took my time paying. No one was in this store, just me so there wasn't a line or others to help. Just employees standing around taking"

"Torrid has come a long way and the clothing selections are really nice and I really loved the colors. Unfortunately not everyone is the same shape and I couldn't find any tops that looked good with an apple shape. My size was sold out on all of my favorites. Tops lacked structure d tailoring so I felt frumpy and that just doesn't cut it when I'm paying so much. The pants sizes varied so I could fit in one style and not in the other. Prices were high for the quality. I paid $112 for two pairs of pants with $34 off. They weren't anything special and comparable to leggings. The check out clerk was really nice."

"Super friendly staff and helpful, my wife said she will be coming here more often. Staff let my wife know if she needed something else to try on, they would get it for her. Wife said she will be coming here more often. It was a shopping experience I believe my wife has never experienced, they are extremely helpful. They didn't point, and expect you to find what you were looking for. Staff actually took the time and helped, while wife asked questions along the way. We weren't even rushed when closing time approached. We will definitely be returning to this store."
