"Went to look for some things for my birthday and there was one employee working. She never greeted us when we walked in or asked if we needed any help finding anything. My husband was holding 2 shirts for me that I was going to get but not planning on trying on. The employee comes up to us and says “give me that.” and reaches for my clothes not even making eye contact with me. I was shocked… especially from an employee. She then asked me “what’s your name i’ll get a room started for you.” which i didn’t even have time to tell her that i didn’t actually want to try anything on. I’ve seen Love Olive Co online before and I love so many of their things, and was excited to see that they’re now in AZ, just extremely surprised and taken back of how rude the worker was. No matter how cute the clothes were I was not going to purchase anything that day because of the bad taste that was left in my mouth from the employee. Both me and my husband were shocked from how we were treated and left."
"My favorite boutique! I’m a “young” senior and I almost always find something cute here. It’s a fun shopping spot to bring friends from out of town. Nice break from the anchor spots at malls. Associates are friendly and I’ve called to have them hold an item if it’s available on the website."
"Love this store and its convenient location so much! Every time I shop in store I’m blown away by how helpful the sale associates are and how great the selection is. I’ve gotten comfy loungewear, cute jeans, every day tops, and even a dress and shoes for my sisters wedding from here. Love that they have a little bit of everything and that everything is so reasonably priced! Definitely recommend stopping in here for some cute new clothes and shoes!"
