"Never coming here again. I walked in and immediately saw something I loved. Went to grab it and walked around and found something else. I’m holding a few things, do you think anyone offer me any help or a dressing room? Then another women comes in and not even 30 seconds into it she got offered a dressing room and her stuff was being held and moved. The two ladies working not once acknowledged me. Was there for 20 minutes and decided maybe I shouldn’t give them my business."
"My daughter and I were shopping for a formal dress for an upcoming occasion. We went to several department stores before coming to WHBM. I will note that we were never even approached by a sales associate at either department store. What a difference at WHBM! We received the BEST service from Ann Marie!! She spent a lot of time with us, finding different dresses for my daughter along with shoes/accessories to match. We were impressed by her recommendation, we ended up purchasing one of the dresses she chose instead of the ones we had initially picked. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!!"
"Will never go back to this store. Older woman and younger lady that worked PM shift on 12/21/22 essentially wouldn’t stop harassing to help me during my shopping. I get asking if you need help but by 3rd time you think you would leave someone alone. The younger lady then proceeded 3 times to ask me if I want to sign up for a card- finally I said if you ask me again I’m just going to leave the store. Very fake employees and clearly work off commission or something. Little do they know the more you ask the less you’ll make because your customers will leave. Very disappointed in the terrible customer service. They should be ashamed how much they bother customers."
