"Only taking exact change and systems were down. Totally understandable. However, my order was $20.74 for two large drinks and they would not take $20. Instead gave me one of them as a small for $18.74 and glad accepted my additional change. Horrible service. Will be out of business soon!"

"I just moved to Sundance area and I love Boba. Taro to be exact, but it seems to me that customers have complaints and this shop does not care at all. I was excited to try this place, but not after reading the reviews. You guys need to do better. I will take my business elsewhere. 3.0 stars? Really? Very disappointed."

"My daughters really enjoy this place every time they go to town with a family friend. Today we ran into town my eleven-year-old talked me into trying it for myself but to be honest she really wanted one. I will say I was not expecting much but I'm glad we stopped in as I really enjoyed my drink. The employees were very nice and helpful one of the girls even recommended my drink. It was really good."

"I had the best drink of my life today! The Creamy Honey Dew Coconut with Leach Boba! The staff was especially nice and smiled a lot. We even went back for another drink later in the day. We work outside in the Arizona heat, so it was especially delicious."

"My wife and I have tried to come here on several occasions and they were closed even though the website said open. They seem to always be out of something. Every time without fail when my wife orders, they are out of an item. That said we still go back because they make fresh and delicious drinks. Even though they couldn't make what my wife wanted she is still happy with whatever drink she gets."
