"This location has been open for a couple days. Today I went to get a coffee and pulled up to the window and they’re claiming they’re closed? The hours say they’re open until 7pm, the “open” sign was on and there was literally someone inside waiting for their drink to be made and another customer waiting to order. They have no signs anywhere saying they’re closed or have altered hours today. Then she has the audacity to invite me to the “grand opening event” tomorrow. LMAO I’m not going to support a business that’s already a mess like this and refuses to serve customers in the drive thru but will serve them inside. I’m hoping they get replaced quickly by another business."
