"**This Is Not A Quick Stop** I have never had the chance to go into the lobby since it's always closed. I keep thinking maybe the next time it'll be open to just walk in, but nope! Order ahead is shut-off on the app, so of course you get to wait in the drive-thru line for an unreasonably long time. I'm unsure how it's seemingly impossible to have it figured out at this 1 location yet. To the point it seems like maybe only 2 baristas are ever on shift. Today's stop took 26 minutes :("
"It took 45 minutes to get anything. They were getting people that walked in better service, in and out. Drive thru was as if we had ALL day to wait on us. Never ever going there. again."
"Worst experience ever. Waited for mine and my husband‘s coffee for 20 minutes. We watched the staff(Hagen, Alexia) socialize, while our coffee sat on the counter. Drinks were poorly made. Our blended drinks were not mixed and very disappointing to drink. We requested a refund during the 20 minutes our coffee was sitting on the counter and was very rudely denied a refund. Terrible service, and poorly made coffee drinks."
"This is the worst store I have been to. Everytime I order an espresso and a frap in the same order, I am always waiting for one. Why not make them at the same time? And the app says 10-13 min... I get 1 in that time and the other like 30 min later. They always have a line and turn off mobile order alot recently. Nobody acknowledges you when you walk in. Poor management. I have seen so much better efficiency from other stores."
"I don't know what it is about this location but they ARE SO EXTREMELY SLOW. Even when you plan ahead- your Mobile order is delayed... even when the line is short at minimum you're expecting to wait in line at least 15 minutes... there was 3 people ahead of me to put in their order. I arrived at 4:09 it's currently 4:25 and only one car has had the opportunity to order... I get it when there's one order holding the line up but the window seems to be taking forever with everyone. I stopped in this morning and they weren't taking orders at the cashier line? Only mobile and drive through? This place is awful. Every opportunity I give it- I wind up late every time and again I plan ahead. Just head to Dutch brothers and save yourself the headache. It’s 4:34 and I’m still in line with 2 cars ahead of me. This is ridiculous"
