"I’ve been going to Dutch bros for years and I’ve never been treated like we were today. Its my sons bday so we went for his free drink and we also ordered 2 other drinks. The app wouldn’t load and the kid taking our order informed us that’s not his problem and he can’t do anything about it. Then he told us our total and we asked if that excluded the free bday drink ( we always do free bday drink with our kids ). He said he needs to see his ID (he’s a kid) or scan our reward (in the app that wasn’t working). I said we’ve never had an issue before and he said “This is a $10 drink, I can’t just give it to you for free.” Not sure why an energy drink is now $10.. which is a whole different issue.. but dang.. never had a Dutch worker be that rude to us."

"Every time I go ask for an Electric Berry Soda and they always give me an Electric berry Rebel. The people always taking our orders always look spaced out. Happened like 3 times already, but they gladly replaced it and were talkative up in the front and apologetic about it. No wonder my drink had come out to $8+ for one drink, it's because they been ordering a whole different drink."
"We waited outside for 20 minutes because the freeze machine was not working and then once we got our drinks it doesn’t even taste like usual. We got golden eagles and it just taste like ice with a hint of coffee. We can barely Taste the coffee and it isn’t sweet like usual."
"When the farmers market was going on we would go after that. Now we go when we need a caffeine pick me up. This location is amazing. When it was my birthday they made my drink and made it extra special and wished me a happy birthday at the window! The staff is always very relaxed and laid back. Hardly anyone uses walk up and the employees working the windows are so friendly and fun to interact with. They give the best recommendations!"
