Café Zupas

"From the moment you walk in they all greet you with smiles on their faces. Making the food with the pick 2 option (salad and sandwich) was fast. They also have great looking and smelling soups. Love the desert options they have on display. The cashier was very polite and courteous. Dining area was very clean, restroom was very clean too. Even the manager was very helpful and told me and my family to leave the dirty dishes and trays at the table and he will take care of it. Great experience, definitely recommend, and will come back soon."

"Usually I don't review fast food places because you get what you pay for but in this case with what we paid, the food quality was not worth the price. Usually all of the other Zupas we have been to I don't have this problem. Guess it just must be the lack of care from someone here, hope they fix the problem soon........by the way this tomato soup is almost as thick as mashed potatoes."

"I ordered a golden curry bowl late at night. When i arrived it was 8:55 and there will still customers inside. I put notes and added avocado which was $2.00+ and put NO roasted chicken. There was a bunch of chicken cut up super tiny and spread all throughout the bowl. Even on the very bottom. I know they saw the note because they added the avocado which again i did pay for. The chicken was also cut up SUPER tiny at the bottom making it impossible to “just pick out” as im sure a lot of extremely inconsiderate people would suggest. I also left a tip so im actually really irritated. If you have any dietary restrictions i’d just take your business elsewhere because the staff is clearly careless. Also and this is the last thing, they didnt even try to make it presentable everything was thrown in. I work in food service myself and this was just a very disappointing experience. I cant stress enough how small the chicken that was placed at the bottom of the bowl was cut up. It was like a f you for ordering late, as if there werent people still in the lobby. I also did try to place the order over the phone they said they couldnt do that which i understand. But when you call it actually gives you an option to place the order over the phone so that was weird. Anyway i’d like a refund because after attempting to pick out the chicken and seeing it literally spread out everywhere in tiny pieces i gave up and went to sleep."

"My first time at Cafe Zupa. Sandwich and soup fare. Do not think what the pictures on the wall menu is representative of what you are getting. My Wisconsin cauliflower soup had no toppings. The vegetable chick pea soup had no chick peas. Bright and airy interior. Bus your own tables."

"Definitely coming back for a girls lunch day. The food was light and yummy. It was very busy as expected but the good and service was great. Everyone was so nice. Great addition to the area!"
