"I bought many sunglasses, a shirt, some Doc Martins in the past month. I am a good customer, and I thought this was a cool store. I was buying some Doc Martins and I met this sales girl , A Dark haired, young thin ItalianGirl, and she helped me, and I thought we hit it off, and she would be my salesgirl when I came in. She said I was HER TWIN. She even introduced me to her Manager Louie. I thought I was a welcome Customer, treated with respect. Boy, was I wrong... :/ Treated like a common Criminal... Read ahead... I thought she was really cool, she kept telling me How similar we are, and that we are so alike. And mind you, she looks 21, 22, years old. Then, after going a couple times shopping, I'm rudely and shamefully discriminated, asked to leave the premises and told management wants me gone for 1 year. How unprofessional! Treated like a Common criminal, and they randomly tell me and my daughter that the "Young woman" is only 17... So, She is going around telling people she's over 18, and inviting them to hangout. But yet, I get treated like the Criminal? My daughter and I were invited back by this Individual, and told to "Come ANYTIME and visit with Her, and Stay as Long as we wished" So, Major ISSUES here at this Store with Management and Employees. The Manager is Louis, he is sketchy. Getting an innocent customer in trouble. I am a young man of 32 with my daughter, and I thought this person was of age, she looked like she was in her 20s. And regardless, WHY Treat Me and my 8 year old Daughter with SUCH disrespect, when WE were invited to come back. We only saw Bella 2 times... I want LOUIS the Manager FIRED. How DARE YOU treat a good customer this way! You should lose your job Louis! FIRE HIM! Negative INFINITY STARS for the WORST Customer experience ever. If you had a "problem" you needed to come and talk to me, and not be a hypocrite and Shake my hand one day, and my daughter, and then call security on us the next time Dude. We shop here, have the receipts, we don't HARRASS ANYONE. HOW DARE YOU LOOSER! STAY AWAY from this Tilly's! They treat you nice, Tell you to come back anytime, and treat you and Your children like Garbage when the whim comes and discriminate against Families. I will NEVER EVER Shop here again! And Highly recommend you STAY AWAY from Tilly's Tempe Marketplace. SHAME ON YOU Louis! And shame on the Girl for lying to customers about her age, and inviting them out to the movies, and telling them to come visit her at the store anytime. You need to Grow up and stop telling people you are over 18 HOW DARE YOU treat ME and MY Daughter like this. You upset her. She cried. She didn't understand what was happening, and why we were being asked to leave. And she was wondering where was our friend? And how could this be happening. She loved that they had the same name. We just made nice conversation. Yet we were treated like criminals, for NO REASON AT ALL. If you have a Problem with Staff under 18 talking and interacting with customers, you have a problem. What you need to do is ADDRESS, Why are they Lying to Customers About their age? You need to hire 18+ or more mature, and stop harassing your customers and treating them like Garbage. Rest Assured, I will be Contacting Cooperate to Report You Louis. This was WRONG. SHAME ON YOU!"

"Worker named Jess was very rude and disrespectful and completely unfriendly when asked for help. Seemed to dislike her job. Jess sighed and slowly walked me to fitting room and slammed the door behind me."

"Everyone who helped us was great, until the very last interaction with the cashier, which tarnished our entire experience. She was immediately irritated with me when I didn’t remember the name of the girl who unlocked the dressing room for us. Everything else she said was short and there was an obvious air of annoyance coming from her. After I paid the $60 for two t-shirts she pushed the bag towards me and asked for the next customer. No “thank you” or “come again”… just a dismissal. I worked retail for many years and would never have responded to a customer in such a way. I’m not even sure what I did to offend this young girl, as I shopped with my two young daughters, but we’ll think twice about shopping there again."
