"They are not willing to deliver about 25 minutes away from their shop. Not because we were not willing to pay, but because the owner is that lazy. If he is too lazy to deliver that close, I would put money he is too lazy to ensure the appliances he sells are of working order, clean and will last you. If you are smart, avoid clearly."

The next day called us saying they would be over by the end of the day. After waiting and waiting, never happened. We understand if you're down a tech but don't make promises to your customers you can't keep. Ended up having to buy a whole new washer."
