"Bought a used washer from VanCamps a while ago. Itvworked perfect for a long time. It started leaking and shaking. VanCamps picked it up, left a wonderful loaner washer. Repaired it very reasonably and it's wonderful once again. I couldn't ask for better customer service. They're super. We prefer older appliances as they last longer and are easier and cheaper to repair. VanCamps will be our go appliance store when ever we may need new appliances. "The advertisements for these shops seem to imply they have new appliances, which they may, but that's not what they really display on the floor. There are a number of locations and the people at the store were very nice. Just I feel like it wasn't a very honestly advertise business."
"TLDR; Went to many appliance stores, this place had cleanest used machines, best warranty, friendliest employees, and best pricing. Our washing machine broke, I tried repairing it as it was a matching set and I didn’t want to buy another set or washer. I unfortunately failed in said repairs, plus it would’ve cost more to repair my unit, than what Van Camps sold me one with warranty for. We had a tight budget which meant we were buying used. Looked on offer up, and fb marketplace. No warranty or way to truly inspect the appliance that way, plus they weren’t that much cheaper (sometimes more) than what Vans had to offer. Other shops had nasty units that were very old, and double $ what Vans was asking for nicer newer units with warranty. The washer I purchased here was very clean inside, out and underneath. It came with a warranty of 30 days, and for $25 I got a 90 day warranty, which I felt is a great price. Definitely will recommend this place in the future, great experience and they loaded the new unit in my trailer and took the old one."
