"Pitiful fulfillment for Online Orders If the item you want is not on the shelf at a Home Depot physical location … Do Not attempt to purchase that item through Home Depot Online Orders!  And before you think, another sour grapes review resulting from an isolated incident.  This is my third unsuccessful and incompetent experience in 3 months using Home Depot Online Orders.  November 2023, I ordered a sink. After tracking the order status for 2 weeks.  By the way, their tracking updates is nothing more than “your order is in process”, with an estimated delivery date, no other specifics, like the stage of processing.  The delivery date came and went with no product received.  Customer service told me my order was miraculously “not found”. They offered to resubmit my order, with an estimated 2 week delivery window.  I purchased the same exact sink (brand and model), from their chief competitor (don’t say the “L” word) … and received the sink in 5 calendar days.  December 2023, I ordered an air register … after waiting 15 calendar days the package arrived with the wrong product style/model in the box.  The incompetent part was that the paperwork/invoice inside the box listed the correct style/model.  Someone at fulfillment didn’t verify the paperwork and incompetently put the wrong product out for shipping.  January 2024, I ordered a custom exterior door.  After waiting 7 weeks (with estimated delivery date delayed/pushed out twice during processing), the door arrived with the wrong jam width!  And once again the order paperwork listed the correct door jam width. Customer service passed the buck, offering apology while blaming the warehouse (nothing they could do).  I expected they would re-order a correction door order with expedited delivery.  Nope! Again no accountability, just passing blame elsewhere, “nothing the local store could do, out of their control”.  So I sit waiting another 7 weeks for a correction of Online Order incompetence!"

She's a wonderful resource, and your store is lucky to have her. It is also beautifully staged in well stocked"

"I cancelled my one star review previously. UPDATE: Entered into the store spoke with Shayne who was patient led me to Noah who was patient and helpful with runners. Both five-star gentleman. I am glad I came in for a different experience!!!! I can say I will return now!!!"

"I was shopping at home depot this evening buying wood and self tapper screws. after I purchased the items an employee by the name of Justin Martin helped me load up my material went and got twine to tie the wood together and a red ribbon to tie at the end of the wood. Now what really shocked me was not only did he help me that much but he was an hour early for work and wasn't even clocked in yet. He helped me on his time. Thank you for all your help Justin and the kindness . Respectfully Jason"

"Awesome customer service, went out of their way to assist me in finding a specific plant.. he called his fellow coworker who was off that day knowing the guy has extensive knowledge on the locations of their garden selections.. within moments I was guided to the exact plant I was interested in. Small example, but huge impact on my opinion of the store. Thank you"
