"UPDATE: Changing review to 1 star from 2....would be zero if I could. $450, 6 trips, and the problem was never fixed. Offered a small refund ($180) if they took their parts back, which would have left us with a dishwasher that didn't work at all. Will never use these guys again. --------- The tech has been to our house to fix the dishwasher on three different occasions (the heating element isn't working) and after 10 days and $500 the problem still isn't fixed. We are waiting on a call to schedule our 4th visit next week so I may update the review depending on the resolution. Needless to say, customer service at the main office has been terrible - was told things don't our way sometimes. The tech has been professional but unable to complete the job."

"I called late in the afternoon with a dead fridge. The tech arrived within an hour or so. My fridge was fixed within 30 minutes. Always great service and friendly, experienced tech. They may not have the flashy uniforms and trucks but you're not paying for it either. Highly recommended."

"Received excellent service today from Appliance Express. Lee was recommended to me by my handyman, and he did not disappoint. He checked my refrigerator which had been making a sporadic whirring noise, and made some recommendations... Also got my dishwasher in great working order (it had not been getting dishes clean, regardless of multiple vinegar cycles). He explained everything in detail - excellent communication. I paid $65 for the service call and $20 for the labor... he gave me a 90 day warranty on both appliances for the work/inspection so that if another service call becomes necessary, I won't have to pay the flat fee. I should also mention that his communication throughout the day letting me know what time he would arrive was outstanding. Highly recommend this company - Lee in particular."
