"Gary, the delivery person, was so nice. He explained everything and even wiped the floor from water leaking from the old washer. Gary took extra time, he brought the appliances in with a strap type carrier, so as to have more control of any sway. I appreciate his attention to detail and how thorough he was to make sure I was happy and had all of the manuals. Great experience Spencer's is the best. And Gary is a keeper!"

QB made buying my appliance easy, set up the installation as soon as he could and when I had to reschedule, he got an appointment for me the next day. Carlos, who did my installation, was awesome. Right on time, efficient and clean. He had to make modifications and didn't bat an eye. This was a great appliance buying and installation experience."

"I worked with Kevin through my home warranty. Original washer suggested to replace my defunct one was to large to fit into my laundry area. I sent a photo of my washer hookup area and Kevin immediately knew he had to find a washer that fit my dimensions. Success! The LG washer fits perfectly! Works great so far...only 3 days but so far very happy with it. Also a shout out to Johnathan and his delivery crew. They were very personable and completed the removal of old washer and installation of new one in a short time while adhering to great detail."
