"ordered online, around 7:55pm today 2/12 and purchased a cravings box + a few other items and paid for a large drink. Came to the window, recieved a medium and told the young blonde girl at the window that it was supposed to be a large. She said “we’re out of large cups” so we responded “we paid extra for a large though” and she responds with a giggle “oh okay.” We ask, “okay well can you give us two medium cups then? We paid for a large.” And she respond “uh, yeah no.” I’d personally be more embarrassed personally of not knowing how to respond to customers… but that’s just me I guess? We should have stopped and asked for a refund but we’re not sure if she was trained on that either."

"It's a taco bell. So if you like taco bell this place was good. But a Staff member named Michelle was fantastic and was jumping to help every one she could. Really made the dining experience."

"At this Taco Bell, you become the owner of the food that you purchase. When you order the food, you don’t have it right away, but you have a right to the future meal. They then make the food and give it to you. At that moment, you own the food. Even if you eat in the restaurant around other people, they food that you bought is yours and only yours, and you can eat it and put it into your own body."

"Just went through the drive-through and ordered the steak grilled cheese nacho fries. My wife ordered nacho fries as a side. She got more fries than I did. I paid $5 for a dish the size of my palm."

"Went and got breakfast from this location this morning and this is how it turned out. Barely any egg in it and lots of sauce I asked them to not put in it. Prices go up but quality goes down, that is the new pandemic."
