"My family loves Cafe Rio and they must have known we live because they put one right next to us. We are there 1-2 times a week. This location has struggled when going through the drive-through. 99.9% of the time we go through the drive through- they get the order wrong in some way. I gave them 3 stars because they usually do whats needed to correct the order. It is frustrating to go back in every time. My app points have been stolen as well, which I am guessing was from someone at the store/drive-through. It shows that they were used in multiple locations. This has not been corrected. The other issue is they start packing the dine in up an hour before closing. 30 min before closing, I couldn't get a refill because they were already shutting down the machine. I have submitted surveys and never received a response. This is par for course for CR. Great food and product. Poor management execution. ***UPDATE 10/13/23*** I added a star. Corperate corrected the stollen points and was very helpful. Drive through still struggles to get the order correct."

"Clean place, but they sucked at making the food. My wife got the nachos, and it had barely any cheese, and I wanted grilled chicken, extra cost, but barely any chicken. I'm not trying to pay extra cost for 1 Oz of chicken. I got the burrito, and it also had barely any beans and pork in it. They gave a lot of rice for some reason. Hopefully, management is not telling them to be cheap and rip customers off. Might be my last time here."

"We love coming to the Johnson Ranch Location! The staff is so nice and always greets us when we walk through the door. The food is delicious, we love ordering enchilada style burritos, and the tomatillo dressing is my personal favorite to add on. Definitely recommend coming to this location, and order inside to get not only great food, but service too!"
