"Not the usual happy and attentive service, more of a 'oh no, another customer in the store, just drive thru it's less hassle'. The drinks were missing that usual consistent taste and while the first hit drink came out quickly, the caramel ribbon came out over ten minutes later, as if they'd forgotten it. Overall, just a ho hum kind of experience,not bad per se, but certainly not what you expect at Starbucks."

"Idk who's working the drive thru this evening, she had tattoos, a full sleeve however I read word per word a drink from the menu in the drive thru three different times and she had no idea what I was talking about and then still proceeded to make my drink wrong and add something in there that I didnt ask for and charge me for it??? really cool, ive worked at Starbucks and its truly not hard. This location honestly has the most incoherent people working the drive thru."

"Only one person ahead of me waiting on a mobile order. Waited 10min more than the time given on app which was ready in 8min because place is empty. They finally worked on our order when the person ahead of me asked for her mobile order. I don’t know how long she was waiting but she looked irritated. Long complaint short, they mumble my name when order is ready and placed it on the wrong letter. I only knew it was my order because I’m the only one left. I told them how terrible their service was and they said nothing."

"The same friendly and efficient staff as at other Starbucks stores. Our beverages of choice were created and delivered as requested and expected. I prefer the breakfast wrap while my companion likes the Gouda Bacon sandwich. Delivered hot and tasty. My Winnie the Pooh beverage was made just as expected."

"Listen, as a former barista at another chain coffee shop in the area, I understand how crazy and busy weekends can be. In areas like this, every storefront is successful in sales because of the demographic. That being said, corporate should have SOME sort of safeguard to ensure quality care. I placed my order at 9:12 PEAK rush— I arrived at 9:21 expecting to wait a bit, but not 25-30 additional minutes. I left just now at 9:50 with one drink nearly melted that was ordered at the same time, and one JUST finished. A suggestion to corporate—give the option to turn off mobile orders if it’s so far behind. These poor workers are having to get berated, having to refund orders, having to walk off line because YOU are operating far beyond capacity. I waited patiently for my drink because I had the time, but many others don’t, and unfortunately quite a few others made a fuss about it in addition to that. The siren is not really upholding its core values at the Hunt & Gary store."
