"Outstanding Service! I had a horrible experience with another Pep Boys (Ellsworth and Guadalupe) with an alignment and went to this location to have it looked at again. They took the time to correct the issue and were very upfront with the lack of work that had been done and how the necessary fixes they would be making. Manager was outstanding and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that uses Pep Boys or is looking for quality service."

"This Pepboys is easy to schedule appointments on line or call in it is very efficient and honest repair shop for all your services. I highly recommend this location. They are honest, and right to the point of what I need to get done to my vehicle."

"I went to this Pep Boys for an oil change and had a good experience. The service was friendly and helpful, and the value was excellent. The oil change was for full synthetic, and a free tire rotation is included. After they gave me a $20 coupon, the price was very reasonable. I chose to wait at the store, and they warned me that it might be awhile before they finished. Note that this is not Jiffy Lube where they will finish in 15 minutes. I recommend dropping off your vehicle for service rather than waiting. All things considered, this was a good experience and I recommend them."

"Poor management. Went in for a tire and my total was $222, I asked to split the payment, $150 on the first debit card and the rest on my second debit card. The clerk at the desk had me run the first card and either didn’t know how to process a split payment or backed out of the transaction. Nevertheless, my debit card was authorized for $150 but I was told amount didn’t show in their system. I asked to speak to the manager and he gave me the option of paying the full amount of $222 with a different method of payment OR wait until the bank releases and then comeback to because they wouldn’t release my car without payment. I called the bank and they quoted me 3-5 business days for the transaction to fall. I was extremely upset because I came in with the exact amount to pay for the tire and due to an error on their end I had to wait 3-5 business days to get my vehicle back. The manager didn’t take any accountability for the error and was sympathetic at all. At one point I. The conversation he said, “okay let’s hurry this up because I have other things to do.” He also threaten to call the police to have me removed, why was that an option for him? I went in for a tire and now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my vehicle back because of an error on their end. So many companies are in need of employees and it shows they’ll make anyone a manger nowadays."

"The time that was required for me to wait it my main issue here. The associate and manager were great. The actual product (tires) was great. But it took 2.5 hours to get my tires on my car. I was told that there were staffing problems and that the computers were having major problems all day. There was a customer that was pestering the associates calling back and back and back again asking over and over again the same questions, slowing down everyone there waiting. They clearly need more help at this store!"
