"I went to O’Reillys today. I got in line just like everybody else and I waited for my turn. I waited about 15-20 minutes. While I was waiting people got in line behind me not waiting as long as I had been. He gets to me and I asked him to please check my (check engine light) and he tells me to stand aside so he can help all the people behind me, which is exactly what he did. The people behind me could have waited just like I did. I have never been treated like that they’re ever! I will never go back."
"I’ve had so many issues dealing with this location and their shotty parts. My spouse and I have driven across the state looking for good customer service and parts to back them up!! Shame!!"
