"The purple haired parts associate here needs to find another job. 100% incompetent at finding parts under warranty. Had to go dig through my past receipts to get an item warrantied and come to find out that item was under warranty under the same phone number I told her to search under. For a hub store, they should have parts associates that know the system in/out 100%. Thankfully when I went back, I spoke to a man who knew what he was doing."
"they do not price match with local stores. found tire shine, same exact bottle at Walmart for $5.77. orielys wanted $9. all take my money somewhere else."
"I had to go to three different O'Reilly stores to get the parts for my brakes. The machine was down at the first so they couldn't turn rotors. The second store was going to turn them but one was too thin and another was close so I just bought all new rotors, pads and shoes. I had to go to a third store to get the shoes. But at all three stores, the employees were helpful and pleasant to work with."
