"This is a good location. I went in, bought a belt then remembered I bought my last belt there. The clerk looked it up, said I had a warranty on my old belt but he didn’t have one, he called another store and found one. He wasn’t even upset for me wasting his time for the refund. "Went in for a battery test, needed a new one. Manager helped me and recommended some other things for my car. Service was great however he failed to close the hood of my car! Less than five minutes after leaving, my hood swings up and cracks my windshield. I went back with a cracked windshield and dented hood to show what happened. He claimed he was "pretty sure" he closed it. I tried reaching the distict manager and finally after four calls and the day after I got a response. It wasn't too helpful and I will follow the directions I have been given. I'm sure it will be a long and frustrating process especially after seeing the resolved and unresolved ratio in the reviews and complaints board. I highly suggest you double check everything is properly closed/functioning regardless if you're a car professional or not. You'd think it'd be routine to check something small like that and maybe it just slipped his mind that day. I understand mistakes happen. I'm lucky to have gotten away with no injuries or injuring anyone else when I was blinded by my hood less than five minutes after leaving this location."
