"While walking into this autozone store I pulled out my key fob to lock my car not knowing that I dropped money out of my purse. An employee at this store later found the money and found me to give it to me. I am more than impressed with his honesty and appreciate it very much! Also very helpful in finding the car parts we needed."

"Worst autozone customer service ever. When I walked in, there was a small group of about 5 employees behind the counter. The leader of the group, probably a manager but cannot verify, was talking loudly about the time he went to a "naked lady club" with his brother going into explicit detail about a woman's breast and the dance she performed for them. All of this while a lady was being attended to at the counter. I was in the aisles looking for things and couldn't help to hear because of the loud volume they were speaking in. When I was ready to pay, so were 5 other costumers and all of a sudden there were no employees in sigh or within earshot, since one of the other patrons yelled loudly *is anybody here?* and got no response. Will NOT visit this location again. Might as well have been O'Reilly's..."

Your managers are beyond my expectations here. Alex providing me the correct parts a head gasket job. A part store store is employees are familiar with basic auto parts, such as: Engine,Transmission,Exhaust system. "Shout to the guys , especially Clinton, at this Southern Ave in Mesa location. Came in to get a headlight replaced tonite on a rental I was driving for Uber/Hertz Fleet. They tried 2 different bulbs and neither worked so I have to bring it back to Hertz now but I was just so appreciative of the effort by your staff just to see what they could do.. keep up the great work and friendly service!!"

"I came in late on December 22nd around 10:30 pm, I called to confirm a part which thankfully they had because they were the only location open and it was just two guys but they had such an amazing attitude and were so nice about everything. Clinton especially helped me get a new battery in my car and was super kind and explained the whole process if I ever have this issue again. Despite it being late their energy was so kind and helpful. I would definitely come back to this auto zone again. Clinton also needs a raise!! He does outstanding work."
