"I came in the day before and ordered a 2009 bmw 328i windshield wiper fluid hose. I paid for it in full. Guy says come at 8am tomorrow it will be here. I come at 8am today. Different guy in there today tells me it was never ordered. No proof or anything in their system. Good thing I kept my receipt. I’m a mechanic I told the customer his car would be done this morning and now it won’t be due to their poor service. Wasted 20 minutes of my timing driving there and now I have to pick it up later today and drive back. 1 star for poor service and wasting an hour of my time driving and sitting in the store while they looked for the part that wasn’t there. Also now I have to look bad and delay my customer for their mistakes on never ordering my part. Thanks advanced auto"
