Service writer was professional and knowledgeable, got it set up, and I walked next door to grab a burger. Before I had finished my meal (30 minutes ahead of their projected time), I got a text and picked up my vehicle. Great service and on a Friday no less!!"

"I took my GMC dually to get 6 new tires. Kyle did a good job of getting my tires delivered the same day and got them installed on my truck very quickly. I appreciate the quickness they had getting me taken care of. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality of the work they performed. All 4 of my hubcaps were unscratched when I dropped the truck off, but when I picked it up, all 4 had noticeable scuff marks in the middle where they had set the hub caps face down on the ground during service and scratched them. When I arrived to pick up the truck, they had the wheels installed in the wrong locations. My truck has 4 chrome, aluminum wheels and 2 steel wheels (like most factory dually wheels). They had installed the front wheels on the back (they are only chrome polished on one side so the unpolished side was facing out) and the steel wheels were not on the inside of the rear. I asked them to move the wheels to the correct locations and they did, but I feel I shouldn't have had to ask. They also misaligned my rear duals so you could not access the inner valve stem. I had to remove the outer dual and rotate it so that I could check my tire pressure. All 6 wheels were also quite dirty when I picked it up. I assume this is from the mounting process. I don't expect a free carwash, but I would appreciate if they would return the vehicle at the same level of cleanliness as when I dropped it off. I had extended valve stems on my inner rear tires. When they mounted the new tires, they replaced the valve stems with standard stems making it more difficult to check air pressure. They also forgot to put on most of the valve stem caps. Again, I appreciate the speed of service and the level of communication, but the quality of work was disappointing and I do not believe I will be returning to this location for future work."
