"I called to see if I might be able to get a overhead valve adjustment done or to make an appointment while I was in the area and they told me to bring it in the next morning so I did and they got me in that morning and got what I wanted done and I was out in about 6hrs total. Not only did Dan find and repair our truck - something that had bewildered a bunch of mechanics - we were also cared for beyond our wildest expectations by not only Dan and his family, but the other mechanics from the other repair shops that share the parking lot. We were in our pickup camper which is our home. When it became evident that we could not drive the truck any further, and that the repair could not be done until Monday - we were given a space to park and "camp" for the weekend. And all throughout Saturday and Sunday, these angels stopped by to check on us, make sure we were okay and to see if we needed anything ... going so far as to give us their phone number, just in case we needed something. "My husband Steve and I were so impressed with the care and support when we had trouble with our RV the day we were supposed to leave for home. Dan told us he was booked for the next 2 days solid but he made time for us by coming out after he had closed his shop at 7:30 pm and fixed our tire. We brought our RV to his shop the next morning on our way out of town and he rechecked all the tires and aired them properly. He and his staff couldn't have been nicer and a few weeks after we were back in Colorado we got a note card from him thanking us for our business and hoping that we had gotten home okay!
